Terms and conditions of sale
By buying on our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the product or service bought.
1.Prices
– Ticket prices are quoted in euros at the rate in force at the time of sale, including all taxes, with no booking fees.
2. Availability
– The organiser sets the dates and times when tickets for its activities are available for purchase online.
– Ticket reservations are made in real time, subject to availability.
– Tickets bought online are only valid for the date and time of the reservation made on the website.
– Any expired and unused tickets do not entitle the holder to a replacement ticket. The ticket office cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer when buying online.
3. Payment
– Online payments are made by credit card. The purchase amount is debited whether or not the ticket is printed.
– All online purchases are final and definitive; no cancellation or modification of the order by the customer is possible once payment has been confirmed.
4. Cancellation and refunds
All paid bookings are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable, even in the event of loss or theft. They cannot be
exchanged or resold. No refunds or compensation will be given in the event of non-use of the ticket or late arrival.
5. Ticket delivery
Once the bank transaction has been validated, the ticket can either be printed in high quality PDF format by the customer (e-ticket) or stored on a mobile phone (m-ticket). Each ticket has a QR code that allows access to the activity.
Each ticket is unique and can only be used once after the access control has been carried out.
